酒店在井裡汶市中心，離商場五百米，附近還有個超市，非常便利。由於出發那天火車晚點五個小時，原本的計劃無法實施，請求酒店准予晚退房，酒店也爽快地答應了，下午兩點才退房。並用酒店的車免費送我們去火車站，是我在印尼遇到的最好的酒店服務。

I have been a loyal guest at this hotel for the past four years, and while I have consistently appreciated the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the staff, I have noticed a lack of updates and modernization in the hotel's facilities. The rooms, while comfortable, appear to be in need of refurbishment, retaining a somewhat rustic and outdated aesthetic. Similarly, the gym equipment seems to be in need of upgrade or replacement, which may impact the overall guest experience. I believe that with some investment in updating the rooms and facilities, this hotel could significantly enhance its offerings and better meet the evolving needs and expectations of its guests. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel's friendly and supportive staff have consistently been a highlight of my stays. I hope that the hotel will consider these suggestions and prioritize updates to its facilities to ensure a more modern and enjoyable experience for future guests.

Lokasi nya tengah kota ya sepertinya, deket sm yg jual makanan ada bakso rusuk joss trs ada cafe yg kayak pesawat itu, tapi ga nyobain sih karena emang ke cirebon bener” buat istirahat doang🤣 so far untuk checkin oke, kamarnya juga luas, banyak spot foto yg aunthetic karena sepertinya bangunan jadul tapi bersih kok, kolam renang juga okeee, thanks 訂房網站.com! Menyenangkan menginap di hotel santika cirebon dgn acara tahun baru nya...acaranya agak kurang seru...next year mgkn bisa di tambah game2 yg menarik. Untuk kelengkapan peralatan di kamar cukup "oke" hanya kurang hair dryer di dlam kamar mandi. Untuk rasa dan variasi makanan kurang....perlu di tingkatkan lg... Thanks Hotel Santika Cirebon...
